Notes: What a fantastic recording! Work done to this show was minimal in order to provide the actual ambience and feel of the evening. The sound quality was already presented very well - so our work was minimal.
It was an intimate evening with a few special surprises, such as the appearances of Richard Wright and Robert Wyatt. Despite some lackluster reviews, and some minor difficulties for the band during the show - this is a gem of a night and it sounds like a great time was had by all... Even David!
The Interview with David Gilmour is from the Johnnie Walker - BBC Radio 2 interview conducted/broadcasted on October 26, 2001 in support of Echoes: The Best Of Pink Floyd.
Technical Details: This source was recorded from Level 4 Terrace, Seat B17. This recording has never departed the digital domain. Exact lineage is as follows: Sony ECM-717 > Sony MZ-R30 > Sony MDSJB940 > Optical Link > Philips CDR785 > CDR > EAC > SHN (MD0>CDR0).
