After almost 12 years of absence from touring, Roger Waters was back in 1999 with a short tour of North America in July
and August. This is the very first date, Milwaukee. The band is still warming up, as you will hear from the music but
still doing great. The setlist was not consolidated yet. Unfortunately the version I received a few months after the
is missing the encores...a real pity! Soundwise this is a solid 8, a bit distant but still enjoyable. The cd's were
traded to me under the name of 'In The Flesh '99', just in case some you want to know which source I am uploading.
