SUNDAY ALL OVER THE WORLD ROBERT FRIPP & TOYAH WILLCOX
Paris, Elysée Montmartre April 24, 1989
Toyah Willcox - vocals Robert Fripp - guitar Trey Gunn - bass & stick Paul Beavis - drums
Lineage: AIWA stereo micro > Sony Professional analogue recorder > Master Tape > Aiwa Tape Deck AD-WX828 > Audigy Soundblaster > HD > SoundForge 7.0 > CD Wave > FLAC Frontend (level 6)
Another master from Marcel. Pretty rare recording from the Sunday All Over The World tour. Before the show Robert Fripp comes onstage to clarify that this is not a Robert Fripp show!
Thanks a lot for so rare recording. Mr Fripp says it's not a Fripp's show, but the works of Sunday All Over The Worl is so full filled of the ghost of Fripp's guitar. impossible also not to be noticed that Trey Gunn would so soon become a new Crimson's lad for the (too) big Double Trio projeckt (one of the best Crimson period for me and a terrible war machine when the beast will be unleashed live !!!). And honestly, as valuable is the musical contribution of Toyah, who will buy Toyah's records now, if his husband will not be there live or in studio ? So, one more time, thanks ! Francois PS : Sorry for pidgin english
