There are usually only 10 tracks on disc1 but the version I recieved also had 'Last Frame'. I tried moving it to the beginning of disc 2 but the applause was cut off quite abruptly at the end so I've left it where it was. The radio broadcast did not include 'Refugees' but I've obtained a copy of a very good audience recording to complete the show.
