Around the time Captain & Tennille recorded the Casablanca album, Toni made a special vocal appearance on Pink Floyd’s The Wall LP. ("My claim to hipness" she says of it now.) It was not the first time she did guest vocals, as she sang on Elton John’s "Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me" and on Art Garfunkel’s "Break Away" LP. Her appearance on The Wall turned some heads, especially when Toni turned up at a Pink Floyd concert in Los Angeles. "I went to see the concert at the SPORTS ARENA in LOS ANGELES." Toni says. "There was a 15-year-old boy sitting in front of me who recognized me. He turned around and snottily said ‘What are YOU doing here?’ So I told him I sang on the album. He ran off to find a friend who had brought the LP to the show, and looked at the back to see if my name was really on there. A few minutes later, he came back and apologetically said ‘Can I have your autograph?’" http://www.captainandtennille.net/ct_completebio.html
Digital copy of original vinyl. No title appears on cover or on labels. Due to the segue nature of "The Wall" and since ther are no separation grooves between the tracks I decided to leave each side as one long track.
Lineage: Original vinyl > wav > flac > you. Transferred, uploaded and shared by Maclen, Jan 2005.

This was one of my favorite vinyl bootlegs from long before the Interwebs existed!
I grade "the Definitive Wall Series (MoLM)" version of this show as an AUD B+. Is this version better? Thanks!
