Notes:
On this, the 3rd of 8 crazy nights, I would like to share something special with you all.
The 2nd of David's Heineken Music Hall shows from March of 2006.
To the best of my knowledge, a proper source of this show has not yet been circulated until now.
Normally, I would not opt to record from so close to the stage, but my tickets were what they were. I wasn't about to pass up the opportunity to watch the show from that close.
Thankfully, David and Co. are old-fashioned, and did not wear in-ear monitiors. They performed with a brilliant mix for themselves onstage, as evidenced by this recording. I would like to think this sounds like it did onstage @ the HMH that night. (Guess I will never really know)
I would like to dedicate this one to two friends I did not meet until months AFTER the show!
1st - Bunzing !
BNZ - So glad we came in contact! In honor of all you have done to learn to be a taper... and the efforts you have made to capture so many PF related shows...(mostly Rog - lol) and share with the world...I would like to give this back! Cheers to you!
2nd - HopThePond
HTP - I'm also quite glad we came to be in touch...thanks for "giving it a go" ;-) I'm looking forward to buying you a pint someday soon !
To all of the wonderful people over @ YEESHKUL! Cheers to you all for keeping such a kind community alive. Someday, I will figure out how to connect to your torrents again :-) For now, feel free to mirror this seed there once it completes.
Happy Holidays to Pink Floyd fans + traders around the world!
