Roger Waters Madison Square Garden New York, NY September 12, 2006
My Schoeps sourced alternate take to that already posted here by Dan Lynch who was just two rows in front of me. (Though we had "traded" before, we had never met until after this show. Great meeting you Dan. I'm downloading your 24 bit version right now.) Excellent stereo sound separation and a classic performance. I'm sure the critics will line up on both sides of the fence debating the virtues of both these very fine recordings.
Kick back, light up a big fat one, and travel to the Dark Side of The Moon.
Recorded Six Rows FOB From The Center Of The Floor
Source Info: Schoeps CCM4's > SD744T @ 24/96 > firewire to hard drive of dedicated music only computer > Bit Conversion and re-sampled to 16/44.1 with Sound Forge 7.0 > indexed in Sound Forge 4.5 > CD set up with CD Architect 4.5 > CD burned with CD Architect 5.0 onto Mitsui Gold CD > Extracted to Internet Capable Computer with EAC > FLAC.
Hope you all enjoy this recording as much as I do. PLAY IT AS LOUDLY AS YOU CAN!!! Please let me know what you think. And most importantly, share it freely with your loved ones and friends.
May those who try to sell or otherwise profit from my recording be cursed with all the bad karma that you justly deserve. This means you Middle Valley, VGP & all you other scum sucking bootleggers who profit from my recordings. We will find you and we will put you out of business.
First Set 01 Intro > 02 In The Flesh 03 Mother 04 Set The Controls For the Heart Of The Sun > 05 Shine On You Crazy Diamond 06 Have A Cigar 07 Wish You Were Here* >08 Southampton Dock 09 The Fletcher Memorial Home 10 Perfect Sense Parts 1 and 2 11 Leaving Beirut 12 Sheep
