I believe that this artwork is for a different release of this concert. The DVD that I am sharing contains only the Roger Waters content. The art appears to be for a DVD that contains the entire broadcast.

I was there¡. But Roger Waters played a song that he introduced it as "Monkey television" (later known as "What God Wants"). It was a five-night festival, with such artists like Bob Dylan, Keith Richards, Brian May, Joe Satriani...I was there two nights, ant the night that played Waters was fantastic¡.
