I think that is nothing easier than copy and rename files VIDEO_TS.IFO and VTS_01_0.IFO to VIDEO_TS.BUP and VTS_01_0.BUP (and vice versa). BUP = "back up".

Now, How do I suss out the burning of these?I have dl'd the files, but some seem missing. DVD-1 plays on the puter but burning software doesn't detect the DVD layout.While DVD-2 doesn't play or burn....HELP!

Just finished DL this one(5 days;)
Nero gives me these messages.
For disc 1:
Required file 'VIDEO_TS.BUP' is not present
Required file 'VTS_01_0.BUP' is not present
DVD-Video files compliance test failed
For disc 2:
Required file 'VIDEO_TS.IFO' is not present
DVD-Video files compliance test failed

Hi Tomi,
I think that it isn't necessary to upload it again. How I wrote here yet, there is nothing easier than copy *.IFO file (respectively *.BUP file when *.IFO is missing) and copies rename to *.BUP (resp. *.IFO). *.BUP is in fact the same file as *.IFO; *.BUP = back up is on DVD in case that *.IFO is damaged.
But do what you think is for you the best. I only want to spent your time.
For all the people who have problem with these 2 DVDs: try follow my instructions, they should work.

Thanks for the help. I made copies of the files.Burning software recognises both discs, However the chapters menu when clicked, remains unaccessible on the 2nd disc only. Is there another file missing?

The bulk of what I've DL seems to be intact. Another 5 days for a few MB sized files is a bit discouraging.

I downloaded the whole thing the first time around. Two of the .rar files were not uploaded properly. When Tomi re-uploaded those two corrupt .rar files, he "corrected" this post.
However, the missing .IFO files (that you document above) have never yet been shared. The links, as they exist today, do not contain the missing files. To confirm this fact, I have just finished re-downloading all 73 parts.

i reuploaded whole thing again, i have to go to school, i will look at it in the evening
so - there was no ifo in torrent! if you copy ifos from first dvd, you can play the second dvd, although menu will not work. i will contact original seeder and will try to provide missing ifo files
I have been checking back here(and will continue to do so) in hopes that you do.

Nero now gives me this message:
File size is not a multiple of a logical block size (2 KB).
This, even though the files I added were 14KB & 50KB? Well I decided to proceed and see what happened.
Next it says a non-critical error occurred during the operation that may result in a defective write. (how a non-critical error can have this effect I would like to know)
Anyway, in the end the discs play just fine and the menus work also.
Thanks again for your patience and perseverance(Watching it right now).
