Louis Armstrong and his All Stars at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, February 7, 1959. My own taping of the re-broadcast in 2005 with announcements by Hans Mantel. In the last announcements he's mentioning also the tune "Ol' Man River", but I haven't heard it.
