I was at this show and I do know who recorded it, but I am no longer in touch with them.
I don't have any info about how it was done but it was given to me on a cassette from the master.
They could have done a better job of putting it onto cassette, I think, as "Pictures" has a cut where the cassette runs out.
I used a Nakamichi MR-2 to transfer it to CD on a Tascam CDRW-700. I indexed it myself.
One notable thing that happened during the show is the fire alarm goes off during "Knife Edge" yet the band keep playing, stopping after a few minutes.
When they resume they pick up right at the point in the song they stopped.
No one ever got up or left the auditorium during the alarm. We just waited a few minutes and they resumed.
Cassette > CD > EAC > FLAC 6. CD 1 runs 41:38, CD 2 66:06.
