If you want to get flac file from shn, use this link:
http://etree.org/mkw.html (with this program you can convert shn to wav; wav to flac - you must use another program, find it in internet, is quite easy)
Hm, Trader's Little Helper is much better and easier than MKW. Thanks for this. (I wrote my previous post when there wasn't Anonymous's mesage about TLH. If I had seen this, I would not wrote similar post. Sorry).

wish these were in flac ....never been able to do anything with shn no matter what program i used .

Decode them to wave and then re-encode to flac.
Or am I missing something?
I think that in above comments issie is that he does not have any working shn-file-encoder?
