This is not really a fan release, this is a true promo CD (I own an original copy of it) released by EMI. Rick gave his permission to William Orbit to make and release 3 remixes from Broken China.

I own a 2 song promo CD, so I do not doubt that a 3 song version does exist.
The cover art provided in my post was fan-created. The audio is losslessly sourced from an official CD. Maybe I did not make that as clear as I should have. Sorry.
