This sounds like an audience tape, unusually shrill, perhaps from a cassette transferred with the wrong Dolby setting. With treble cut via EQ, this becomes an excellent show to listen to as it is hyper-detailed, with excellent instrumental balance and minimal hollowness for a big venue audience tape. Although I prefer early 70's Yes, this recording shows off the players' amazing technique. I can't recall hearing a better show.
I also recommend listening to the show from London 1978-10-28 because of its excellent pre-FM sound.
