It's a CD-ROM. There is a .html file that will help you to navigate through the contents of the disk.
The contents of the disk largely fall into one of two catagories - which is why I put two covers on the main entry..
1) scans of magazine articles & photos relating to Syd's Floyd.
2) Syd outtakes and other similar audio. Nothing incredibly remarkable for the serious collector. However, at the time that it was released, the quality was above most circulating copies. Sadly, it's in .ape format. So, you'll probably need to install Monkey Audio (included) to unpack the files.
