I think your right, A. I think this is a rip of Live Bell. Jolly good job noticing the two Astronomy Domines at the end of each. I have loads of additional Live Bell art that I'll upload & post here shortly. Thanks for the tip off!

qvc shopping channel broadcast live pink floyd footage (and rehersal footage) from joe robbie stadium in 1994 to sell the division bell cds and other pink floyd merch.

Actually, that's not quite true. I have the complete QVC show. All of the Floyd material came from EPKs. All of the EPK footage is available in superior quality elsewhere. The QVC show has nothing really "exclusive" about it other than footage of models lounging around in Floyd T-shirts.
