Cool & thanks for sharing!

In case anyone else wants to know, this collection appears to be from a Soft Boys show in Cambridge, England, on 1 Nov. 1978:

First off, fantastic fantastic blog. I am getting chills looking at some of this stuff....I have a ton of Robyn tapes, shows I recorded back in the day (Irving Plaza '85, Maxwell's 87, a better sounding tape of one of the Tramps shows from '90....), this blog has given me the wherewithal to dig those tapes out and digitize them! When I do that, you will be the first to receive them!

The only trouble for ME is.....I cannot seem to get Mega to download! It freezes at 13% no matter what I do! So....I'm sure the answer is no....but if you could possibly upload stuff on Zippyshare, or another service, I would evaporate into a state of ecstasy. The idea that there is a Robyn interview from 1981.....and yet I can't download it....is TORTURING ME!! :D

Anyhow, at least I got to vent. Even if I can't hear any of this stuff, I'm really excited to know that it exists...and maybe one day, I shall be able to hear it all!

Either way, thanks for at least giving us/me the chance to get it! Ultimately....it's my problem, not yours! I'm just so happy Robyn is getting his due!

Mega was meant to work best with Firefox. If you're not using Firefox, please give it a try. Otherwise, please, just shoot me an email & we'll get things sorted.

I can confirm what Doc has to say about Mega. Three things that will help a great deal with that site:

1. Get the Firefox browser if you don't already have it.

2. Create a free account at Mega (all that is needed is a username/password).

3. Download the Mega Firefox extension from there (see below to get the basics on what it does):

chrome://mega/content/secure.html#firefox

All that said, yes, I have had one or two files that were tough to get, but the problem there ultimately lies with the provider I use slow-laning my connection. Hope some of this helps!
