This is a long-known video. However, previously, it always circulated in pretty mediocre shape. It was recently rebroadcast on a BBC2 Christmas Special. I received this clip as an .mpg file. I crafted it into a proper DVD project that you can just burn & view. However, I know there may be a purist or two out there who would like the original file. So, I am sharing both ways. Grab whichever (or both) that you want. Please see the Comments for additional details.

I was given a .mpg file by one of those groovy HRV members. I built a small DVD project from it without doing any re-encoding (retaining the lovely picture quality).
Here are the original technical notes -
The original broadcast was on 25Dec79, for the "Abba Snowtime Special" BBC TV show.
This was rebroadcast for TOTP2 Christmas Special on BBC2, 23Dec09 (and repeated on 26Dec09).
In order to have more music, I got rid of the DJ talking at the beginning and end of the song, by overdubbing the audio from the rare CD "It's Christmas".
It's MPEG-2, PAL, 8000kbps, LPCM audio.

The "It's Christmas" compilation CD was released in November 1989 and the inclusion of the early version of December Will Be Magic Again is actually a mistake from EMI engineers (normally the version should have been the regular single version recorded in 1980, and not the early version recorded late 1979).
This compilation CD is the ONLY official release with the early version of DWBMA.
The catalog number is: EMI CD EMTV49
I had the chance to rent this compilation (original CD, not CDR) some years ago and I did an audio rip off the CD.
This is what I used to overdub the BBC video.
