This is an absolute MUST for any die-hard Pink Floyd collector! Here we have a great Floyd compilation titled "A Collection of Quad Floyd Songs" (a variation on the title of a previous Pink Floyd compilation "A Collection of Great Dance Songs".) The "4.1 Channel" designation indicates that there are four main channels (front left, front right, back left and back right) along with a fifth LFE (low frequency effect) subwoofer channel. You have to hear this to believe it. You will be totally blown away!

This is a very exciting CDR that takes some of the best tracks from the early Pink Floyd albums that have never before been released in a quadraphonic or surround-sound format! All titles are stereo recordings processed through a Sansui QSD-2 quadraphonic decoder for very convincing quadraphonic playback. All titles were meticulously hand-picked for their quadraphonic performance through the QSD-2 decoder. This is a double-length CD with nearly 80 minutes of music. The exact track listing is as follows:

PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN
1. Take Up Thy Stethoscope And Walk
2. Interstellar Overdrive
SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS
3. Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun
4. Saucerful Of Secrets

UMMAGUMMA (entire studio LP)
5. Sysyphus - Part One
6. Sysyphus - Part Two
7. Sysyphus - Part Three
8. Sysyphus - Part Four
9. Grantchester Meadows
10. Several Species Of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together In A Cave And Grooving With A Pict
11. The Narrow Way - Part One
12. The Narrow Way - Part Two
13. The Narrow Way - Part Three
14. The Grand Vizer's Garden Party - Part One
15. The Grand Vizer's Garden Party - Part Two
16. The Grand Vizer's Garden Party - Part Three

ZABRISKIE POINT
17. Heart Beat, Pig Meat

Dear DR.

A question:

this one on DTS Sound must be burned on DVD according to enjoy the sound?

Or it's about the player sound sistem?

Thanks for the answer! Kike.

You burn the tracks to a normal CD. You must have the appropriate sound system when playing. (you must own a DTS decoder)

This should sound great once I manage to get everything set up correctly. Thanks for making it available.

A file in the extraction was a description of Vol. 2 Is that going to be available as well?

I wish that I could tell you that Vol. 2 will be available shortly... But, sadly, I do not have it. B-(

If someone else manages to locate it (maybe on Y?), I would happily share it here as well.
