Robyn Hitchcock - Inflatable Hitchcock

This is a 4 CD set containing 2 complete concerts from late 1999. Although the concerts took place very close to each other, there really is very little overlap of material. And, the sound quality - amazing! Very much worth the trouble!

Doc,
Any chance of Raw Cuts or the Day They Ate Brick turning up here? Thanks so much for all the Rabid Hedgehog/Soft Boys! My ex and I actually sat with RH and the Egyptians at a club called Trax in Charlottesville, VA ('80s I think) and watched and listened to them do Roxy's "More Than This". No, we didn't record it, but besides the band, we were the only folks there to witness it.

Just heard Disc 1 over 'phones. This is very, very good. At times, between songs, Robyn actually "trying to find something to talk about" felt quite awkwardly intimate, in a Ken Russell-ish way.

Heard all of it now. This is a fantastic two shows. Worth the price of admission (as they say) was the Gene Hackman/Madonna/Robyn Hitchcock story. I've heard Robyn say a lot of strange things on stage, but this has got to be my favourite. Hell, it might even make some kind of sense!
