King Crimson Live Alabama-Halle Munich 1982-09-29 Both FM and TV versions
This is another tape I received in the early 1980's, while doing heavy trading with a friend from Munich. The concert was broadcasted on BR3-FM, then additional material was broadcast on BR3-TV. All I have is the audio rip from the TV broadcast. This is a direct copy from the master. You will notice that the TV rip seems a bit clearer. In the FM broadcast for some reason the audience sounds a bit out of phase. The music seems fine. Sound quality (my rating from 0-10) FM 8.5/TV 9. Running time is about 68 minutes, more or less.
Setlist From FM:
The Waiting Man Thela Hun Ginjeet Frame By Frame Elephant Talk The Talking Drum Indiscipline Heartbeat Larks Tongues In Aspic
Setlist From TV:
Matte Kudesai Neil And Jack And Me The Sheltering Sky
Additional notes: I'm a bit uncomfortable with the title of the last track. It sort of is TSS and sort of isn't. Perhaps someone could give it a better title?
Lineage:
Maxell UDXLII copy from master ->Sound Forge ->Flac Frontend Level 6, sectors aligned and verified.
