I spent a bunch of hours going through the dusty archives locating images, fan magazines, and so forth. This is, as far as I know, everything that can reasonably be shared on the subject.
Many thanks to NeonKnight for providing the above image - back in 1997. Not only do I still have it in the collection - I was also able to find it. Bet he didn't see that coming....

Since you are digging through your archives..Any chance of a repost? I seem to have lost a cd of `Robert Fripp` unreleased Frippertronics that you posted a couple of years back. Gremlins seem to hit my collection.
