performance quality: A-, a fine performance
    recording quality: B
    source: master audience tape
    runtime: 143:51
    lineage: Realistic mini-mikes >
Sony cassette deck (auto levelling) >
    Maxell XLII-S cassettes >
played on Naka. 125 into soundforge 4.5 >
    FLAC 6 > torrentially yours.
    setlist: first set (54:26)
1: young person's guide to the orchestra intro 2:43
    2: time and a word >
owner of a lonely heart >
    teakbois >
time and a word reprise 7:42
    3: the clap 4:19
    4: mood for a day 4:58
    5: keyboard solo 5:36
    6: long distance runaround > drums > birthright 13:49
7: and you and I (end cuts) 5:20
8: all good people (spliced) 9:56

    second set and encores (89:25)
9: close to the edge 20:59
    10: themes 6:47
    11: drums and bass 4:38
    12: brother of mine 10:50
13: the meeting (missing from this recording)
14: heart of the sunrise (spliced, tape flip) 11:59
15: order of the universe 9:30
    16: roundabout 11:05
    17: starship trooper 13:33
this was my second try to record this tour (89 and 90)
and the only one I got a tape out of. it's missing about
the last half of "and you and I", and I only wound up with
about 30 seconds of "the meeting" so I didn't bother to
include that. Heart of the Sunrise is just missing a few
seconds for the tape flip. I thought I'd flipped it,
apparently not, put the tape back in the deck without
flipping it, using a borrowed deck I hadn't used before.
Just a little auto-leveller job, but there wasn't much
directly between me and speakers. there is a fair amount
of crowd noise in here but the music came through pretty well
and this is most of a very good show that I haven't seen posted
yet. They also played in Manchester N.H. on 89 tour but I haven't
heard that one yet at all.
