Alan, to answer your question, I looked at the YGBC database (downloaded from their website). It states that the best version is the 24 bit/96 kHz, which is rated EX. Your version is a 16 bit/44.1kHz reduction, so not quite as good, probably EX-. Converting from 96 kHz to 44.1 kHz is always somewhat deleterious (it would not be so if converted to 48 kHz, because that does not involve intensive re-interpolation).
The version posted here is said to be a second recorder provided by Doinker and VG+ quality.
