ASIA: April 12, 2008 Capitol One Theater, Westbury, Long Island
This is my first recording since Joe Jackson at Town Hall, NYC on June 30, 2006. Having gone into a brief *retirement* for the year in between my only regret is not capturing ASIA's Westbury gig from June 30, 2007 as no one else seems to have done so.
In any case this is their first New York show since June 2007 and after John Wetton's open heart surgery and Carl Palmer's heart attack. The band was tight, the musicianship excellent and all in all one of the best ASIA shows I've ever attended.
