I received many PMs from you folks to "up" another Alice Cooper from the vaults.
This one is also a 1st generation rip from an original audience taping. The
author/taper is the same anonymous individual as my Toronto Varsity offering.
By the way, much of the Toronto (& Ontario) recordings we have today within the
ACG trading rings are from this guy/source. He's a 'humble cuss' and just doesn't
care for notoriety or 'flash'. OK? His identity is held secret among us. So
please don't ask.

This one is New Years Eve 1971 at Maple Leaf Gardens (during the Winter Pop Fest).
It is at the end of the Killer Tour/ pre-School's Out. No lyrics to School's Out yet
here, thus the title 'Jam'. A very rare short rendition of 'Money" too.
Some audience chatters... but not bad. I don't think the quality of recording is as
good as the Toronto Varsity '72 gig (although he told me he used the same
recording phonics). Again, I did nothing to the recording other than dub it
from mini-deck reel to reel to cassette years and years ago...split the tracks...
then xferred it CD-R about 10 years ago. The cuts/snippettes on any track other
than my division between songs is due to adjustments (tape flip) during the original
recording.
It may be just a hair 'flat', but it's a 'posterity thing' with me. Feel free to do
all that Sound Forge, other audio magic'aps' or any of "that voo- doo that you do so
well". I do ask the favor that you do not "cosmetics" it up and re-offer it up here. Fair?
