Most sources say the didn't play a first set, but I'm from Milaukee, and all I've talked to say they did play a shortened first set, Raving And Drooling You Gotta Be Crazy Shine On pts 1-5 Have A Cigar then they end the set, without the customary Shine On pts 6-9 as played on the rest of the tour. That's what you have here, along with the first about 16 minutes of the second set. qualty a little better than what seems to be around of the 2nd set. Enough better to ask if a second master tape is available.
You, kind sir, are exactly the guy I was hoping would find this post. This concert took place on their famous "rain day" - where the band was forced to cut the event short due to the weather. This particular source is the only one that I have ever seen for the first set. I wish I had the second set from the same source, but I am 99 % sure that I do not. I'll have a good look around this weekend, though, and will post it if I have it.
